Multi-day concerts, festivals and album release tours are among the events that use Eventbook. Concert and show promoters can use the platform to sell tickets, rent or buy equipment, and even hire extra personnel for events.
For users, it’s an easy way to buy tickets, and it is highly respected in the events industry. It represents events hosted by the country’s most prestigious film festivals, independent movie premieres, concert venues, museums and book promoters. A fully functional app would help bring all these events and people together.

Users needed a seamless and intuitive way to browse, select, and purchase tickets for various events without friction. The challenge was to design an experience that made event discovery, date and venue selection, and ticket purchasing effortless.
We designed a mobile application with a user-friendly interface, allowing users to easily search for events, filter by date and location, and complete ticket purchases in just a few taps. The streamlined checkout process, secure payment integration, and interactive event previews ensured a smooth and engaging experience.
The project delivered a mobile-first experience that simplifies event discovery, seat selection, and ticket purchase into a fast, intuitive flow. Every interaction was designed to reduce friction and speed up decision-making.
A clickable prototype validated the complete end-to-end journey before development, enabling early testing, stakeholder alignment, and a smooth developer handoff.
A responsive web interface extended the same design system to desktop, ensuring visual consistency and scalable performance across platforms.

We started by researching how people actually discover and buy event tickets on mobile — mapping key scenarios, identifying friction points, and sketching flows before touching Figma. Wireframes locked the structure; high-fidelity designs focused on touch-friendly clarity and visual consistency across iOS and Android.
A clickable prototype closed the loop — validating every interaction before a single line of code was written.

The design system built for mobile translated seamlessly to web. The desktop Home page adapts the same component library — event cards, category navigation, hero banners — into a fluid multi-column layout.
The promoter dashboard shares the same visual language but is optimised for data density and administrative workflows.
